1991	Welsh 3000's	Pen-y-pass Carpark	Trefriw	17 walkers. We started at 3:30am, apart from Crib Goch “I didn't think we would be rock climbing” it was all going fine until the descent from Tryfan and “afternoon tea” by the A5. Weather was so bad we missed out a peak on safety grounds.	Sunny and warm in the morning, cloudy and then full storm in afternoon, cleared for evening but very cold
1992	9&1/2 Peaks - Bala to the sea – Arans and Cadair Idris	Carpark on A470 by Cribin Fawr	Fairbourne	Barrie Bate threw up, the last bit was very brambly and we got shouted at. Only David and Phil actually went in the sea.	Morning: Sunny with broken clouds. Afternoon: Clear and sunny, very hot
1993	Berwyns & Panoramic Walk		Llangollen	JC got the mapreading wrong, arrived at start too late and spent whole day trying to catch up. In the mist they all decided to follow Mr Booth. Mrs Dorgan said “I didn't realise we would be mountain climbing” Carol came along with skirt and dog. Running shoes on for the last bit and a spring up to the castle.	Morning: Cloud and mist on the Berwyns, cool. Afternoon: Sun and scattered cloud, warm
1994	Black Mountain Circuit		Abergavenney	JC got the mapreading wrong, arrived at start too late and spent whole day trying to catch up.	Hot and Sunny the whole time
1995	Crafnant Circuit: Moel Siabod, Glydyrs, Carneddau	Crafnant	Trefriw	Sorry about the exposed ridge at the end – it looked alright on the map.	Morning: Overcast, drizzle, cold. Afternoon: Very windy, cold, scattered clouds
1996	Snowdonia: Moel Hebog, Snowdon, Cnicht		Porthmadog	Nice view of the sun rise but we walked too slowly, the boys raced ahead and went the very long way round to breakfast – this was fortunate as breakfast was being prepared in the wrong carpark anyway. Bill thought tales of the pub at the top were a windup. Watkin path on two pints of lager – not a good idea.	Morning: Cool and sunny. Afternoon: Hot and sunny
1997	Rhinogs	Cwm Bychan	Harlech	A bit rough under foot - sorry, we lost a dog, JC modeled a rather fetching pink Barbie hat	All day: Hot and sunny
1998	617 Dam Busters – Llyn Celyn, Arenigs		Bala	“No, on Turbo walks we may cross paths but we hadly ever use them” Valerie said “slow down, I didn't think we would be mountain climbing”	Morning: Overcast, mist on the tops, cool. Afternoon: Cool but clearing, mist on the tops. Evening: Warm and Sunny
1999	Trans Wales Walk		Aberystwyth		Night: Warm, humid, dry thunderstorms. Morning: Overcast, cold, drizzle. Afternoon: Mostly sunny, windy, cool
2000	Brecon Beacons		Brecon		Morning: Cold, drizzle, overcast, mist on the tops. Afternoon: Clearing, sunny and warm then rain
2001	Lleyn Peninsula	Trefor	Criccieth		Morning: Cold, overcast, windy. Afternoon: Warm, sunny and windy
2002	Cadair Idris	Castell-Y-Bere	Dolgellau		Morning: Sunny, humid, warm, then clouding over. Afternoon: Very hot and sunny
2003	Elan Reservoirs Circuit	Rhayader	Rhayader		Morning: cool, windy, sunny. Afternoon: warm, windy, sunny
2004	The Black Mountain	Dan-yr-ogof	Brecon	Some friends complained about the climbing, it was explained in very simple words "what do you expect when you go mountain walking?"	Morning: cool, cloudy with patches of blue sky and sunny intervals, then showers and thick mist on the tops Afternoon: windy and cool, weak sun.
2005	The Arans	Dref Gerrig/ Dolglelau	Dref Gerrig/ Dolgellau	Garry struggled with the peat hags, the steep climbs, the rocks, the heat, the sun John and Conrad rushed on ahead, stayed on the ridge (oops!) and attempted the "suicide descent" Everyone got lost on the way back from The Fronoleu	Morning: Sunny, Blue Skies, Warm! 2006	The Moelwyns	Dref Gerrig/ Dolgellau	Dref Gerrig/ Dolgellau	The first view of Cnicht had the desired response. We visited 53N 04W and saw a helicopter rescue, and a steam train and got very, very wet.	Morning: Cloudy with sunny spells Afternoon: Progressively wetter - drizzle to downpour Evening: Full gale, bucketing down
2007	The Rhinogs	Dref Gerrig/ Dolgellau	Dref Gerrig/ Dolgellau	Yes it was a bit steep! I don't remember it being that steep in 1997. The Rover boys got the navigation spot on.	Breezy and cool with mist on the tops. Nice and warm and sunny at the end.
